Your job
You've got all the kitchen stuff covered!
As Head Chef, you roll up your sleaves. From one kitchen heart you work for both Zeezicht and Café SAMSAM.
You are the first point of contact for all operational matters in and around the kitchen. You bear the full care for perfect supervision with the associated (administrative) processes and (work) planning.
You monitor the quality and execution of both concepts, you can work process-oriented and implement new processes. You can estimate the expected sales and plan the quantity of the products to be prepared. It goes without saying that you take care of purchasing and stock management. You are responsible for the kitchen equipment.
You are actively looking for an efficient way of working and process improvement in the kitchen. You do this because you always want to get the best out of the team!
